This 4 panel skirt is a quick sewing project and you can do it well even as a beginner. The flared hem width allows the short skirt to sway beautifully when you move. If you want to lengthen the mini skirt , simply add the desired centimeters to the hem of the pattern piece. The waistband has an elastic band for easy slipping on.
